What is PayPal?PayPal is the most popular online payment system that can quickly and securely make payments and transfer money online. Opening an account is wheat and it takes a few minutes. To open an account, go to this link.* You must be 18 or older to open a PayPal account.
1. CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
Click "Sign Up", select "Romania" from the list, choose the type of account you want and click "Get Started".
* Account "Personal" is ideal for those who buy online. (recommended)
* Account "Premier" is ideal for those who buy and sell online.
* Account "Business is ideal for companies and companies that have business online.

* If you do not have any card, uncheck "Link my credit card so I can start shopping right away (recommended)"
Click "Agree And Create Account".
2. CHECKING ACCOUNT
Checking account and verification is done by adding a VISA or American card. After you add data card, PayPal will charge your card with EUR 1.50 (the amount you will be returned after verification). This fee is necessary because the transaction will be accompanied by a 4-digit code will appear in the payment details (look in the statement of account). This code must be entered in your PayPal account so that verification is complete.
*4-digit code statement is accompanied by "PayPal" or "PP" (Example: 1234PayPal or PP1234).
3. WITHDRAWAL / DEPOSIT FUNDST
o withdraw money from your PayPal account, go to My Account> Withdraw> Withdraw funds to your card. There will need to enter the amount you want to retire and then click Continue. On the next page you will need to click on confirm, and in 3-4 days you will receive money on the card.
* Money from your PayPal account can be withdrawn only on a VISA or American card.
* The PayPal account you can not make money because the payments are made directly from the card
