Call of Duty: Black Ops is a first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch, published by Activision and due for release on November 9, 2010 for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo DS (separate version developed by n-Space) consoles. Officially announced on April 30, 2010, the game is the seventh installment of the Call of Duty series and the third game in the series to be developed by Treyarch. It is a sequel to the developer's previous title in the series, Call of Duty: World at War. It is the first Call of Duty title set during the Cold War era.

Gameplay:
Black Ops is a first-person shooter. The player assumes the role of a foot soldier and thus has access to various firearms, of which two at a time can be carried, as well as explosives such as grenades and other equipment to fight enemies. When players are close enough to an enemy, they can perform a melee attack which ensures a one-hit-kill.
A character can be positioned in one of the three stances: standing, crouching, or prone; each affecting the character's rate of movement, accuracy, and stealth. The player can directly dive prone from a standing position. The player can momentarily run faster before getting tired. When the character has taken damage, the screen glows red. Health regenerates by avoiding damage. When the character is within the blast radius of a live grenade, a marker indicates the direction of the grenade, helping the player to either flee or throw it back. The game features a variety weapons such as crossbows (with alternative explosive ammunition), Dragon's Breath rounds and ballistic knives.

Plot:
Call of Duty: Black Ops takes place during the Cold War. The player mainly controls two characters: Alex Mason and Jason Hudson who are Studies and Observations Group operatives on missions behind enemy lines, in locations such as the Ural Mountains, Laos, Cuba, and Vietnam. Cuban leader "Fidel Castro" will play a crucial role in the single player campaign. One of the characters from the Soviet campaign of World at War, Viktor Reznov, will return as Alex Mason's comrade.

Campaign:
The player assumes the role of various characters during the single-player campaign, changing perspectives throughout the story. The playable characters are special forces operatives conducting black operations behind enemy lines. In this way, the player's characters will have their own traits such as voices and shadows. Each mission features a series of objectives that are displayed on the heads-up display, which marks the direction and distance towards and from such objectives. The player is accompanied by friendly troops who cannot be issued orders. Although primarily a first-person shooter, the player will get to pilot a Hind helicopter and guide friendly troops from an SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft. The campaign is filled with scripted cinematic moments. One of them is a bullet time effect during the "Victor Charlie" level, activated when the player fires toward the last enemy of a Viet Cong squad.

Multiplayer:
The online multiplayer mode of Black Ops retains the experience points and unlockable reward system that has been kept since Call of Duty 4. The game's multiplayer focuses on socialization and customization. "Create-a-Class 2.0" will allow enhanced personalization with appearance items as well as upgradable perks: weapons will be extensively customizable with clan tag writing, emblems, attachments and camouflage painting. Character models will depend on the first tier perk instead of the weapon's type. Furthermore, face paints can be unlocked. Online split screen (which was featured in Call of Duty 3) is re-introduced on Xbox 360 and PS3. The guest account can rank up but will be reset after each sign out. Only on Xbox 360, a second Gold Xbox Live account can be brought to keep the second player's progression. Some PC specific features that were taken away from Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 will return, such as lean, mod tools, the developer console and dedicated servers.Dedicated servers will be exclusively provided by Game Servers. Steam will be the exclusive platform for Black Ops on PC, so the game will be protected by Valve Anti-Cheat. The zombie mode of World at War will return as a four-player online and two-player split screen co-op mode in which players take the roles of John F. Fallout: New Vegas is a role-playing video game in the Fallout series by Obsidian Entertainment (many employees of which worked for Black Isle Studios on Fallout and Fallout 2). It was released in North America on October 19, 2010, and is scheduled for release on October 22, 2010 in Europe.

Gameplay
Obsidian Entertainment presents new features and improvements in Fallout: New Vegas that are implemented upon the foundation of Fallout 3.
The Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System, or V.A.T.S., will have the ability to use new special attacks. Usage of certain melee weapons will trigger unique attack animations. For example, using a 9 iron would show up as "Fore!", and sends the enemy reeling for a period of time. Also, the developer added the ability to use the iron sights on almost all guns, excluding larger weapons that are shot from the hip, with better over-the-shoulder view for third-person combat. New weapons, some Fallout 3 weapons, and a weapon modification system are introduced in Fallout: New Vegas. The modification system allows for weapon modifications, such as mounting scopes, modifying rate of fire, and changing size of magazine. Crafting will also play a role in weaponry, with the player being able to craft ammunition, such as hand-loaded rounds. In addition, a plant-harvesting system similar to The Elder Scrolls series will be in place for the player to use such plants in bullets, chems, for healing, stats, and for other handy uses.
The quantity of factions prompted developers to reintroduce the reputation system that was absent in Fallout 3. The degree of faction loyalty influences the player's reputation. Reputation affects the behavior of faction non-player characters (NPCs) toward the player, and reflects the impacts of selected choices in the world. Availability of dialogue options with NPCs are based upon skills, reputation and karma. Skills have a bigger effect on conversation choices. The success or failure of speech is dependent on skill level rather than chance as seen in Fallout 3. Companion behavior and tasks are controlled using the new "companion wheel." Fallout 3 presented companion commands in a conversational dialogue menu. The new Companion Wheel offers command execution by selecting commands that are presented in a radial and graphical menu. Josh Sawyer states the Companion Wheel offers ease of companion interaction. Such examples of companion commands include setting and changing its combat tactics, its default behavior towards foes and usage frequency of available resources. The player receives a special perk dependent upon the companion recruited.
In New Vegas, the player can visit casinos to participate in mini-games, including blackjack, slots, and roulette. You can either win or lose money at these mini games. Designer Chris Avellone said the mini-games were done by a programmer experienced in programming non-table gaming machines.

Hardcore mode
An optional Hardcore mode delivers more realism and intensity into the gaming environment. As gameplay difficulty is increased, players are encouraged to implement effective strategies, make careful considerations in resource management and combat tactics, and pay high attention to the surrounding environment. Gameplay difficulty is increased through several features: Stimpaks do not heal the player instantly, but work over a period of time.The healing of crippled limbs requires a high medicine skill and medical equipment. Ammunition has weight, and the player character must eat, drink and sleep to avoid starvation, dehydration and exhaustion.

NBA 2K11 is a basketball video game developed by Visual Concepts and 2K Sports and published by 2K Sports.
It was released on October 5, 2010 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii, and PC. Michael Jordan is the cover athlete of the game and will be featured in the game in different ways.
NBA 2K11 will be the successor to the game NBA 2K10.

Features
The game introduces some new features, several of which involve cover athlete Michael Jordan.
The "Jordan Challenge" is a game mode that follows 10 of Jordan's career accomplishments.
In "MJ: Creating a Legend", players will take control of Jordan as a rookie and guide him to legendary status on any NBA squad.
As Jordan completes seasons during the mode, players will see his appearance change as he ages.
This mode is unlocked after completing all of the Jordan Challenges.
As part of the "My Jordans" feature, users will be awarded pairs of Air Jordans for hitting game milestones and accomplishments.
Collect the entire line of Air Jordan shoes that MJ wore throughout his career and gain specific attribute bonuses when you have them equipped.

Also included in NBA 2K11 is the ability to play with some classic teams from the past.
Players can play with the teams in exhibition mode and association mode.
Along with being able to play with classic teams, NBA 2K11 also includes classic stadiums that correspond with the classic teams.

NBA 2K11 features an improved presentation to make the game appear even more realistic.
With the help from a TNT producer, NBA 2K11 improves the broadcast aspect of the game to make it more like NBA on TNT.
This includes seeing players walk off the team bus as they enter the arena during pre-game.

Unlike last year's version of the game, this year NBA Draft Combine is included in the main game.
Also, the player can now control new passes added to the game.
Other features include the option to make a player and bring him to the NBA 2K league headquarters, as well as the ability to participate in post-game press conferences and sign sponsorship deals.
